Who we are and how to contact us

This website is operated by Fayson Realty Group LLC, a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage (License #H-77619) serving Ellenwood, Conyers, Fayetteville and the wider Atlanta metro.

To ask anything about your information — including to see it, correct it, or have it deleted — call the office on (404) 328-5168 or email [email protected]. A person will answer you; there is no form to fill in.

Why we collect your information

To answer you. If you ask what your home is worth, enquire about a rental, save a search or start a chat, we use the details you give us to reply and to help you buy, sell or rent.

To keep you informed, if you asked us to. Market updates and new listings go only to people who gave us their email for that purpose, and every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.

To meet our obligations as a licensed brokerage, including keeping records of transactions and communications where Georgia real estate law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who wants to market their own products to you.

How long we keep your information

For as long as you are a client or an active prospect, and afterwards only where a record is needed for a completed transaction or required by law.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are legally required to keep a specific record — in which case we will tell you which record and why.

Who we share your information with

Only with the companies that make this website and our follow-up work. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:

IDX Broker — property search, saved searches and saved listings on search.faysonrealtygroup.com, including the account you create there.

Brevo — sends our emails, and records whether an email was delivered and opened.

Twilio — carries our calls and text messages.

Nylas — connects the office calendar and email so appointments and replies reach the right person.

Meta — if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, the campaign page reports that visit to Meta so we can tell which advertisements are working. Pages you reach from search, or by typing the address, do not load it.

AeonHQ, operated by LZ Technology LLC — builds and runs this website and the systems behind it on our behalf, and may see your information in the course of that work.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Your choices and how to use them

Text messages: reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you.

Emails: use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any marketing email. We will still reply to anything you ask us directly.

Calls: tell whoever you speak to, or call (404) 328-5168, and we will note it.

Your information: call or email us to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Consenting to be contacted is never a condition of buying or selling with us — you can withdraw it and still work with us.

Advertising cookies: the Meta pixel on our campaign pages can be blocked with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

How we protect your information

Everything you send this website travels over an encrypted connection, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it and protected by individual accounts.

No website can promise perfect security, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. If we ever learn that your information has been exposed, we will tell you.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults buying, selling and renting property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, call (404) 328-5168 and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the review date below. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
