Home Inspectors

Trusted, licensed home inspection partners Yalonda recommends to Fayson Realty Group clients. Why you need one in Georgia, what it costs, and who to call.

Why get a home inspection?

Georgia is a "Caveat Emptor" state — the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality and suitability of a property before purchase. BUYER BEWARE. A home inspection is highly recommended because it gives the prospective buyer and seller insight into the true condition of the home before money changes hands.

About how much does it cost?

Inspection costs vary depending on the property. If the home is over 3,000 sq. ft., or has a crawlspace, basement, attic, or separate building on the property, there may be extra costs involved. Typically $300–$600 depending on services requested.
